How to produce enameled copper wire?

Steps:Raw Material Preparation → Copper Wire Drawing → Annealing for Softening → Insulation Coating → Baking and Curing → Cooling → Quality Inspection → Winding and Packaging → Finished Product Dispatch

1.Raw Material Preparation

Sourcing high-purity copper rods for use as conductor material.

2.Copper Wire Drawing

Drawing the copper ingot through a wire drawing machine to achieve various wire diameters.

3.Annealing for Softening

Softening the copper wire through an annealing process to enhance its plasticity and conductivity.

4.Insulation Coating

Applying a uniform layer of insulating varnish to the copper wire to form an insulating layer.
